SHIPPING
{ Australia Post increased their postal rates in July 2023 and I was going to adjust the shipping rates accordingly in October. I’ve decided to keep my shipping rates as it is but I can no longer offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount. Instead, all domestic orders $99 and above will get a free upgrade to Express Parcel Post so that you can receive your happy mail quicker! }

Currently shipping within Australia; to New Zealand, Canada and United States – all orders will be shipped with a tracking number.
Domestic (within Australia): Flat items (the likes of stickers and memo pads) will be shipped in a tracked letter and everything else will be shipped as Standard Parcel Post via Australia Post. There is an option to upgrade to Express Parcel Post and you can select this when you view your cart.
Free upgrade to Express Parcel Post within Australia on all orders $99 and above (please select the “Tracked Letter/Parcel” so that you’ll only pay for Standard shipping but your order will be sent as Express)
International: Your order will be shipped as Standard International Parcel Post via Australia Post. Please note that international customers will be responsible for any import fees/taxes, duties or other fees that your country may charge when your package reaches customs. Those fees are not included in the item price or shipping fees, and must be paid by the recipient of the package.

PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. If there are any delays, I will be in touch! Dispatch days are usually Mondays and Wednesdays.
Please note: If there are made-to-order items in your order, processing times may increase up to 10 business days.
